Vouch Alternatives

Brokers and insurers that list the same technology, management-liability and specialty lines as Vouch, and what to ask before moving a startup program.

Vouch is a business insurance broker for startups and growing companies, arranging policies with insurers after an online application. Buyers comparing it usually want another broker, a direct insurer or a specialist program for one of the lines Vouch lists. 1,2,3

Absence from Spot’s documented catalogue does not establish that a coverage line is unavailable from a provider; it means Spot’s research does not yet document it.

What to Weigh

Vouch is a broker, not the insurer. Its brokerage arranges policies, and the insurer named on each policy carries the risk, so an alternative broker may be able to present the same insurers. 3

Vouch says advisors present carrier options together and explain differences in coverage and pricing. It does not promise a fixed number of quotes or a search of every insurer, which is worth asking any alternative about too. 4

Hiscox acquired Corix, formerly Vouch Insurance Services, in 2025, while Vouch stayed an independent broker with a Hiscox distribution agreement. Whether a quote comes from Vouch or an alternative, ask which insurer and program it comes from. 5,6
