What should I send for a cosmetic product quote?

Start with a SKU list that connects each formula and brand to its responsible person, manufacturer, importer, and sales channel.[2]

Include product classification questions, any formula or supplier changes, adverse-event procedures, and the locations where finished stock is held. FDA’s listing guidance includes exemptions and says listing is not product approval, so do not describe a listing as an approval.[2]

Ask the broker to confirm which products and entities the quote names, then review the proposed forms for exclusions, limits, and any recall expense terms.[4][2]
