Describe the premises and service model: seating, tastings, food preparation, events, delivery, and whether alcohol is produced, sold, or served.[4]

Include the lease clause, expected visitors, staff duties, hours, vendors, and any event contracts. Ask whether the requested limits and endorsements match the actual locations and activities.[4]
