Your Spot team notes whether you came through a Small Business Advisor, the online quote or a partner agent. - **We list every part inside the package.** A business owner’s package can hold liability, property, auto, workers’ compensation and more. Your Spot team writes down each part with its limit, waiting period and exclusions, so a proposal can be checked against all of it. - **Brokers quote the same components.** Spot prepares one submission and works with brokers to approach insurers that write a package or separate policies for your lines. Their questions reach you in your Slack channel. - **Bind, then keep certificates handy.** You choose between a new package and separate policies. Your Spot team helps you bind, and certificates of insurance for the new policies can be generated in the Spot app. THREE by Berkshire Hathaway markets packaged commercial insurance for small businesses through a direct quote route and a partner-agent platform. Eligibility and availability are quote-specific and vary by state. Yes. A package bundles coverages under one policy, so your Spot team asks for the same components from other insurers and checks nothing falls out. ### Did I buy direct or through an agent? Your paperwork shows it. If an agent was involved, they’re your first call; if you bought direct, check your online account. Spot works alongside agents and brokers either way. ### Is THREE part of Spot or the other way round? Neither. Spot isn’t affiliated with THREE or with Berkshire Hathaway, and the name is used only to point at your current policy. ### Can I leave before the term ends? Perhaps. Look at the cancellation terms in your policy, find out how any refund is worked out, and bind the replacement first. ### Do I lose my agent if I use Spot?
