The Terms state that Simply Business, LLC contracts with users and identify it and Harborway Insurance Agency, LLC d/b/a Harborway Insurance as licensed producers. They name Travelers Casualty and Surety Company as parent of Simply Business, LLC. Travelers separately says it owns Simply Business, Inc.; the Inc./LLC relationship is unresolved. Simply Business’s contact-page footer states that Simply Business, LLC is licensed in all U.S. states and the District of Columbia. It says that in California the company operates under the name Simply Business Insurance Agency, LLC and displays License #0M20593; it also lists Colorado, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas names. ### Carrier and market relationships

Terms describe third-party panel members and state that Simply Business cannot bind risks without panel-member approval. They identify Spinnaker as underwriter only for policies offered through Harborway. This research did not establish line-by-state appointments, binding agreements, material market share, or insurer identity for ordinary marketplace placements.
