The Review Score combines numerical ratings and approximate BBB grade conversions on a 10-point scale, with equal weight per source.

A BBB letter grade describes BBB’s view of a business; customer star ratings are a separate measure. An NAIC complaint index compares complaint volume with expected volume for a company’s size and is not a customer rating.
