Within the five-year period starting 2021-09-28, Texas TDI orders in 2023, 2024 and 2025 identify Specialty Program Group LLC and impose penalties for repeated late surplus-lines policy/document filings. The 2025 order cites prior orders including 2020; the 2020 order predates the five-year window and is contextual only. NY DFS lists a 2023 SPG LLC order for late excess-line association filings over 2020–2022, a period spanning the window but not apportioned by year.
