A single employee complaint can allege discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or wrongful termination. EPLI is the policy to review for those claims; the complaint’s allegations may trigger different exclusions, sublimits, or retentions.

Check who qualifies as a claimant, defense-cost treatment, reporting deadlines, and the specific exclusions in your quote. General liability is not a substitute for employment-practices coverage.
