Employment allegations can name executives personally, but the policy may exclude employment-related wrongful acts or cover them only through EPLI. Side A/B can be relevant to an insured person’s covered management conduct; Side C is not a substitute for an employment insuring agreement. An EPLI section may have separate definitions, retentions, and limits, while an insured-versus-insured clause may affect a company’s claim against its leader.
